Who Canopy is.

Canopy Management is a residential project management service based in Ross County, Ohio, working with homeowners on roofing, siding, windows, decks, storm restoration, and home repairs. Functioning as the general contractor on each project, we handle the people, the plan, and the updates so the homeowner doesn't have to.

The Promise

Your home project, simplified — the right people, a clear plan, and consistent updates.

Calm Process

Home projects don't have to be chaotic. We bring order, sequence, and a steady hand to every job.

Clear Communication

Homeowners always know what's happening, who's coming, and what's next — no guessing.

Trusted Connections

The right tradespeople, vendors, and crews — vetted, coordinated, and accountable.

Hex vs. CMYK — what to send your printer.

The same color has two different "recipes" depending on whether it's being shown on a screen or printed on paper. Both are listed throughout this guide so you always have the right one on hand.

HEX (and RGB) — For Screens

Used for websites, social media, email, and anything else displayed on a monitor or phone. A hex code is a six-character shorthand for an RGB color — the three colors of light a screen mixes.

CMYK — For Print

Used for anything printed on paper, vinyl, or signage — yard signs, business cards, flyers, brochures. Always send your printer CMYK values, not hex codes.

A note on color accuracy. Printed CMYK colors will look slightly different from what you see on screen — this is normal and unavoidable. If exact color matching is critical, ask your printer for a physical proof before approving the full run.

Primary & secondary.

Canopy Navy and Canopy Green appear together in the logo and should anchor every piece of branded material. When in doubt, use navy for primary text and structural elements, green for accents and emphasis.

Primary — The Signature Colors
Canopy Navy
HEX #243F4B RGB 36, 63, 75 CMYK 52, 16, 0, 71
Canopy Green
HEX #228B22 RGB 34, 139, 34 CMYK 76, 0, 76, 45
Secondary — Supporting Greens
Deep Forest
HEX #004225 RGB 0, 66, 37 CMYK 100, 0, 44, 74
Soft Green
HEX #7FB685 RGB 127, 182, 133 CMYK 30, 0, 27, 29
Sage
HEX #9CAF88 RGB 156, 175, 136 CMYK 11, 0, 22, 31

Use secondary greens for backgrounds, charts, callouts, and supporting graphic elements — never as a replacement for Canopy Green in the logo or primary CTAs.

Neutrals & accent.

Neutrals — The Workhorses
White
HEX #FFFFFF RGB 255, 255, 255 CMYK 0, 0, 0, 0
Cream
HEX #F3F3F0 RGB 243, 243, 240 CMYK 0, 0, 1, 5
Slate
HEX #718189 RGB 113, 129, 137 CMYK 18, 6, 0, 46
Stone
HEX #A9B1B3 RGB 169, 177, 179 CMYK 6, 1, 0, 30
Mist
HEX #9CABB0 RGB 156, 171, 176 CMYK 11, 3, 0, 31
Accent — Use Sparingly
Warm Gold
HEX #C28840 RGB 194, 136, 64 CMYK 0, 30, 67, 24

Warm Gold adds occasional warmth and contrast — useful for premium proposals, select callouts, or seasonal materials. Avoid using it on every piece; it loses its impact when overused.
