Hollie Mytinger
Hollie founded Canopy Management, LLC (doing business as Canopy Contracting) in 2024, bringing together a portfolio of related businesses — the first of which opened in 2020 — under one company. She oversees daily operations, financial management, and strategic direction, and serves as Canopy’s primary decision-maker on pricing, contracting, vendor selection, and risk management.
Before founding Canopy, Hollie worked as a management consultant and business manager, and as an independent property and casualty adjuster specializing in residential, farm, and ranch property damage claims across several states.
John Mytinger
John co-founded Canopy Management, LLC and leads field operations, subcontractor coordination, business development, and product selection. He manages sales and property inspections, and works directly with clients on storm damage assessments.
He brings a wide-ranging background to the role, with experience as an independent insurance adjuster and in construction sales, alongside years in IT field service management and technical troubleshooting — pairing hands-on construction knowledge with a systems-minded, quality-control approach to problem-solving.
Charlena Fisher
Charlena generates and manages project leads across the service area, plans community events and leads marketing and social media. She works with clients from the first consultation through scope execution.
Before Canopy she was a top-performing sales consultant in residential exterior remodeling sales, recognized across multiple company locations. She also served as elected Mayor of the Village of Amanda, Ohio, leading work in emergency planning, infrastructure, and community programming, experience that carries well beyond the relationships she builds with her Fairfield County neighbors.
